Less than 30 Minutes to the Table
Heat vegetable oil in skillet on medium
Cut okra into bite size pieces & remove stem tops
Place cut okra pieces in a bowl
Season with Lawry’s seasoned salt
Sprinkle in whole wheat flour
Stir to lightly coat okra
Place okra into heated oil
Cook until lightly browned
Remove cooked okra from oil with slotted spoon
Drain on paper towel
Enjoy!
